Beside The Himalayan Treks has designed the Langtang Valley Budget trek in this adventurous route. During the trek; magnificent views, breath-taking sceneries, rich culture and friendly inhabitants make the trekkers a perfect opportunity to lost in the nature and gaining a lifetime experience.
Langtang Valley Budget trek begins from Syabru Besi, 8/9 hour drive(132km) from Kathmandu. The altruistic with warm spirit of Tamang people, their culture, Buddhist beliefs and lifestyle make the travelers amazement. The wonderful landscape with farmlands, deep subtropical forest, passed several high waterfalls to highlands with splendid views of snow capped peaks, swim at hot springs at Tatopani, great viewpoint of the Ganesh and Langtang Himals along the Tibetan border before trekking up to Nagthali Ghyang for the night, fantastic sunrise photographic possibilities, fauna and flora et cetera are the great characteristic of this Langtang Valley Trek.
Day 01Arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.Our Airport Representative will come to pick up you and transferred to hotel by private tourist vehicle. Overnight at hotel.BB
Day 02Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi (1440m /4750ft)- Chilime (1762m/5,780ft), 9/10 hrs drive, 155 KMDrive on a northern highway that twists and climbs ridges to Trishuil Bazar. The journey will take 8-10 hours through picturesque landscapes, Himalayan sceneries and local villages. On the way we have magnificent views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Tibetan mountain range including Mt. Kerung.. Drive continue to Dhunche, Syabru Besi and Chilime. Overnight in Chilime at Lodge
Day 03Chilime – Tatopani (2607m/8550ft)- Nagthali Gyang (3165m/10,380ft), 12 km(5-6 hrs.)After breakfast, ascend crossing the hanging suspension bridge and trail keeps raising untill you get to Tatopani for lunch. Tatopani means ‘hot water’ you can cleanse yourself in natural hot spring at bathing areas in the lap of the Himalayas. Locals believe that the waters have a heating quality that eases away your aches and pains. After Lunch our trail again toward Nagthali Gyang (3165m), the high open grassland with amazing views of the snow capped Himalayas. Overnight in Tatopani at Lodge
Day 04Nagthali Gyang - – Thuman (2338m/7340ft) – Syabru Besi (1440m /4750ft), 12 km, 5-6 hrsAfter sunrise and magnificent view of Ganesh Himal range and Langtang range our trail descend down Thuman for Lunch, and then join the ancient trade route from Tibet along the Bhote Koshi Nadi down to Syabru Besi: a lively village at the confluence of two rivers. Return to Kathmandu the next
Day 05Drive back to Kathmandu from Sabrubesi and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06Transfer to International Airport for your onward destination.
