Lobuche Peak is one of the peaks in Nepal that is gaining popularity among the peak climbing industry. Situated above the Lobuche village in the Khumbu region, the Lobuche Peak is a neighbour to the highest mountain in the world, the mighty Everest. Along with two summits, the East peak and the West peak, Lobuche provides a scenery of the Himalayas no other from a different perspective and view.

The climb inaugurates from the Lobuche village in the south with a walk through the south bear and south ridge of the Lobuche. Extending to the Khumbu Glacier, the south and the south east ridges of the Lobuche form a rock triangle which is can be identified with ease from the trek and even from the hills with stone memorials. Both of the peaks of the Lobuche are similar in geometry and from a three-ridged pyramid like shape that is not easily differentiable form the other. The view of the trails that approaches the Lobuche village is dominated by the Lobuche Peak claiming its presence. Namche Bazaar, the famous ancient trading post between Nepal and Tibet; Tyangboche with significant Buddhist monastery set in the backdrop of classic Lhotse view; Pangboche the highest Sherpa village; and Dingboche the gateway to Island Peak are the villages passes the trekking trail for the Lobuche Peak Climbing. The acclimatization sequence for the climb is added during the walk up to the Gorak Shep village and then one can enjoy the view of the highest peak of the world in the satellite peak of Pumori followed by a spectacular glimpse of the Khumbu Icefall. Then, From Gorak Shep, the trails lead to a hike towards Everest Base Camp to the Lobuche Ease Base Camp and is followed by a trip to the South ridge and then to the summit.

One can enjoy a classic 360 degrees view of the Himalayas from the Lobuche peak, featuring panoramic scenes of the major glaciers of the Himalayas and the alpine lakes of the Sagarmatha National Park. A truly awe inspiring moment to behold.

Day 0330 minutes fly to Lukla (2840m) and Trek to Phakding (2650m) 3hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 04Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441m) 6 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 05Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar Overnight at guest house

Day 06Trek to Tengboche (3860m) 5 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 07Trek to Pheriche (4200m) 5 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 08Acclimatization day in Dingboche. Overnight at guest house

Day 09Trek to Lubuje (4930m) 4:30 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 10Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and return to Gorak Shep (5180m) 8 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 11Hike to Kalapathar (5545m) and trek down to Dingboche (4410m) 7 hours. Overnight at guest house

Day 12Trek to High camp (5400m). 5 hours. Overnight at tented camp

Day 13Acclimatization day at High camp. Overnight at tented camp

Day 14Summit and return to Base camp. Overnight at tented camp

Day 15Trek down to Pangboche (3930m). 6 hours. Overnight at guest house
