The Tibet Everest Advanced Base Camp Trek has always been one of the world’s greatest journeys. The majestic view of the Tibetan culture combined with the highest trekking route on Earth, takes the trekking experience to the next level. The tour gives the trekkers a chance to witness the majestic Mount Everest up and close even without crampons, ice axe or risks.

The trip starts with a flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa which gives a chance to see the amazing views of the Himalayan giants of the Himalayan range like Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Kanchenjunga, which are also one of the highest peaks in the world. Acclimatization is crucial for the success of the trip as the trek deals with altitudes above five thousand meters where even breathing, while staying still, can be hard. After several days of acclimatization which is comprised of exploration in the Everest base camp and the Advanced Everest base camp in Tibet. During the exploration, Potala palace, Norbulinkha temple, Jorkhang Square, Sera and Drepung monasteries, Namsto Lake on the way to Gyantse and Tashilhunpo monastery in Shigats, are some of the no-to-miss of the trip.

The actual trekking starts from Tingri, in Tibet, after you get in a good shape following sufficient acclimatization. The route ascends to the Everest Advanced Base Camp and on route views of the yak herder cap in the unimaginable snowy-green meadow and farms is something to keep you go for more. Along the way, we pass through ice pinnacles and corss the Rongbuk glacier. After the glacier is crossed, the trip takes you to Rabu La, from where the Kangshung face of the mighty Everest may be observed up and closes and may be some stop for some pictures.

The spectacular views of the Northern face of Everest awaits upon arrival at the Rongbuk monastery where one can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the world’s highest mountain. Another acclimatization follows at the Base camp there and then we head steadily to the paths that take us along the stunning glaciers, peaks and lakes to the Advanced Base Camp 3 which is at the altitude of 6340 meters above the sea level.
